Why I Created Blush Bodies

I created Blush Bodies because I wanted women to have somewhere that feels like theirs, a place to come together, move, laugh and make time for their health.

It is about so much more than attending a Pilates class. It is a chance to meet other women, enjoy a little time away from the everyday and make looking after yourself something you genuinely look forward to.
